I can only say more great things about Carl and the team at Hadawreck. I took our vehicle to a couple local body shops and they did not want to even do an estimate. Carl was not daunted at all and worked hard to find the best prices on after-market parts. It took a little longer than expected but was worth the wait. Labor was reasonable for the work done.

Wrecked In January of last year didn’t get my car back for 4 months not to mention the bumper wasn’t put on correctly and when it “was” they kept calling me up there back and forth until late summer to get a “clip” for my bumper wouldn’t recommend going to this specific shop due to the fact I’m not the first customer that’s not satisfied with the body work there’s 2 inch gaps under my headlights cause whoever put the bumper on didn’t do it correctly actually can tell it was forced in and they broke another piece on the bumper not to mention also a big gap on the side skirt on my driver side and a gap where the bumper is supposed to clip on the driver side again wouldn’t recommend bringing any work to this location specifically go to Lawrenceburg instead.

Repair time length was a bit longer then expected. But, the detailed work done was spot on. A big thank you to the team at Hadawreck for great customer service.

Exceptional company and crew. They went above and beyond to make the repair process smooth and worry free, and treated me with professionalism and genuine care throughout. Their service and attention to detail are second to none, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone needing quality vehicle transportation and repairs. If they were closer, I would proudly recommend them for my hotel properties in Nashville.

Inflated tow bills when called by police to try and get your vehicle. Tow bill for a pickup was more than for a Class 6 loaded dump truck. Second bad experience with this company. Spoke to owner once, not productive. Front office tried to keep his personal effects, like tools and laptop because she wanted more money, after my son signed over the truck for the tow bill. That's theft. Failed to junk truck they kept, left me with a tax bill. Will be calling them to reimburse me, but I know they don't care.

I visited Hadawreck earlier this week for an unexpected incident. The folks in there couldn't have been more wonderful. Other than visiting with them due to my son totaling his car, the interaction and compassion they showed us and the hospitality was top notch. I highly recommend this company!!

Carl and the Hadawreck Collision team are amazing to work with. They always keep you, as the customer, in the loop and in the know. They're not afraid to advocate for your best interests with your insurer, especially when your insurer is trying their best to take advantage of your patronage. My car drove beautifully and looked phenomenal on pickup.

Had a big scratch on the door of my car. Took a chance on Hadawreck and very glad I did. They did an excellent job on repairs, returned my car looking like new and very, very nice people. So happy I took that chance. If I ever need car repairs they are on top of my list.

Carl was great to work with. He was the only one willing to work on my bimmer after being shut down by so many other places. Long story short, I was in a collision, and insurance was taking too long, and I needed my car repaired asap. He was more than fair with the price of having to put it on the rack. Up front and honest. He let me know anything I was missing and probably went above and beyond, considering the technical specs of the bimmer body. He was great to chat with, and when I walked back in about a part question, I was met by his tow truck driver and had another great chat. Super nice guy. Wish i caught his name. Very good people there. Hands down a class act. And I will be back as I finish my car up. He knew I needed to get back on the road, and he did just that for me. I'm a thankful customer.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING experience! Not only was the customer service fantastic, but the work they did on my car was superb. They were up front about having a harder time getting parts in lately due to COVID (which has been the case everywhere) but were sure to keep me updated as things went and even still had my car repaired and back to me in less than two weeks. For solid work that they guarantee and a hometown, friendly feel, Hadawreck is definitely the place to go!

Had a car accident on Monday. Took my car to Hadawreck in Shelbyville, Thursday morning. Got my car back on Friday around 4:30 pm. My bumper is brand new, everything was explained to me in a way I could understand, great customer service, efficient, guaranteed work, and very much appreciated. Hopefully I don’t need any body work done on my car again, but if I do, I know who I will get using. Very happy with their services.

3 Days after purchasing my car a Rumpke Trash Truck backed into my new car! I went to about 4 Auto Body Shops in town & This place was the one I chose to use. None of the others seemed to care that I was there! I really appreciated the friendly reception, such Nice, Good people. Carl explained to me in detail what needed to be done to fix my car & he actually caught a bit of extra damage on the lower back bumper that none of the others had noticed. Not only did he repair the Visible damage, he made sure my car was properly Aligned & safe to drive before returning my car to me. He went the Extra Mile & I can’t say Thank You enough!
